Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information aaronwilliamson.net and its pages (including book.aaronwilliamson.net and blueprint.aaronwilliamson.net) collect, why, who it is shared with, and the choices you have. “We” and “us” mean Aaron Williamson and the small team that runs this site with him.

What we collect

• When you contact us or book an inquiry: your name, email address and whatever you write in the message, plus any details you add about your event or project.
• When you take the Executive Health Audit or fill in a coaching or Blueprint intake: your name, email, optional phone number, city and country, and your answers. Some answers are about your health: sleep, stress, nutrition, training, alcohol, and anything you choose to tell us about injuries, medications or medical history. See “Health information” below.
• When you buy or claim a product: your name, email address and what you ordered. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never reach us.
• Automatically: our host, Vercel, keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) to deliver the site and keep it secure. We do not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies or session recording.
• In your browser only: your shopping cart, and whether you have already seen the Mission Ready pop-up, are saved in your browser’s local storage. They are not sent to us.

How we use it

• To reply to you, prepare your audit result or plan, and deliver what you ordered.
• To send you occasional emails from Aaron if you bought or claimed a product. Every one has an unsubscribe link.
• To keep records of orders, and to protect the site against spam and abuse.

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Health information

The audit and intake forms ask about your health so Aaron can respond to your situation. We collect it only with your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. We use it only to prepare your result, reply to you and, if you become a client, build your program. It is sent by email to you and to Aaron’s team. We never sell it or use it for advertising, and we share it only with the email provider that delivers it (Resend). You can withdraw consent and ask us to delete it at any time by emailing contact@aaronwilliamson.net.

Who we share it with

Only the services that run the site for us, each limited to its job:

• Vercel hosts the website.
• Resend sends form notifications, audit results, order emails and newsletters.
• Stripe processes payments.
• Supabase stores customer and order records.
• WordPress (hosted on Cloudways) holds blog content. It does not receive form submissions.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our visitors or ourselves.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as we need them for tax and accounting. Messages and form submissions are kept while they are useful for our conversation with you. Ask us and we will delete your information unless the law requires us to keep it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or unsubscribe from emails at any time. Depending on where you live (for example California, Washington, or the EU and UK), you may have additional rights. We honor these requests for everyone. Email contact@aaronwilliamson.net and we will respond within 30 days.

Children

This site, its programs and its products are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, payments run on Stripe’s hosted checkout, and our customer database is not publicly readable. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send anything by form that you would not want stored in an email inbox.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
